Job Description
One of Sydney's premium architecturally designed home builders based on the Northern Beaches is looking for an experienced foreman. The business is looking for someone that has experience managing $3M + projects from start to finish with a high level of detail with finishes.
The Role:
You will be running a multimillion $ residential project reporting into a Project Manager. You will be in charge of ensuring the job runs smoothly, safety and in control of all finishes.
The requirements:
- A trade background in Carpentry
- At least 4 years of experience working on homes, either new builds, renovations or extensions over $2M as a Foreman / Site Manager
- Able to deal with subbies and other trades
- Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills
- An eye for detail and the ability to work at a low margin of error
- A full driving license is essential.
- Own tools
