Design & Build are working with a Tier 3 builder who is now looking to fill an urgent requirement in their team with the addition of a Site Manager overseeing a new build school in Mount Martha

The company has been around a number of years and has a fantastic reputation in the Education, Health, Commercial & Industrial space, with a plethora of repeat client work.

This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver a great project over the next 12 months and will offer job security during a difficult period. 


To be eligible for this role you will need the following;
  • 5 + years Site Management experience
  • Education experience $5m+
  • Be comfortable to run projects in excess of $5m from inception to completion 
  • Performance studio experience will be highly advantageous 
  • Construction-related tertiary qualification / Trade experience
  • Strong communication
  • The ability to lead a team, communicating effectively with people at every stage of the project
  • A desire to take on a permanent position where you will deliver a successful project.
