Job Description

Established custom residential builder looking for a site manager or Leading Hand located in Western Sydney and Inner West Region to work on custom new build projects. They have a strong team with work in the pipeline where stability and growth are possible.

The role:
  • Looking for an ambitious Site Manager or Leading Hand to take on the role located in in Western Sydney 
  • Progression and Support
  • Monday to Friday
  • Eager to learn and grow
  • Good team building
  • Solid trade base
  • Ability to lead a team
  • Currently working on a Custom Build with more in the pipeline 
Requirements:
  • Have experience leading a team
  • Cert III in Carpentry 
  • 1 + years experience out of apprenticeship
  • Minimum Leading Hand experience 
  • Solid background in residential construction and Custom build homes
  • Previous experience in managing multiple sites
  • A valid driver’s license
  • Builders license would be an advantage
