Design & Build are currently working with a leading commercial builder who specialise in D&C commercial projects up to $30M. 

Due to continuing project requirements they are now looking to employ a seasoned Site Manager with strong structure and finishes experience.

Responsibilities of the Site Manager include
  • Management of site trades and subcontractors
  • Demonstrated, practical construction site management/ supervision experience & knowledge, in delivering similar projects.
  • Coordination of all site logistics, material delivery and resource allocation
  • Strong understandings and knowledge of building regulations
  • Working out building excavation levels and working with excavators to achieve this.
  • Co-ordinating concrete, pumps, reinforcement 
  • Providing some set out off surveyed markings.
  • Co-ordinating on site structural stage tasks.
  • On site WHS checks.
  • On site QA checks.
  • Maintain positive stakeholder relationships, resolving any issues in accordance with the client's guidelines.
To be considered for the role you will require:
  • Previous experience as a Site Manager or General Foreman running end to end projects 
  • QBCC Open Supervisors license (ideal)
  • Proven experience of effectively manage a team including sub-contractors, in a professional manner and ensuring longevity of relationships.
  • Good understanding of health and safety legislation and requirements.
