The Company:

My client are a busy residential builder. They are a family owned business with big growth plans in place to accelerate your career progression. Due to a strong pipeline of site starts, they are seeking 2 experienced Site Supervisors to join their team. 

With plenty of projects in the pipeline, they have work lined up for years to come. You can expect to enjoy a relaxed work environment with a structured training and development program, hands on management and regular social events. They place a real emphasis on fostering a positive office culture so are looking for just the right person to fit into their team. 

The Role:

Reporting to an experienced and supportive Construction Manager your responsibilities will include:
  • Scheduling works and coordinating trades
  • Providing daily management of site, suppliers and trades
  • Establishing and maintaining strong and effective relations with trades
  • Management of trades in order to safely reach multiple project deadlines
  • Clear communication with all parties involved in the build
  • Maintaining a strong eye for detail across the project from start to finish yet still working to timelines and budget requirements
To be successful you will have:
  • Trade background or tertiary qualification
  • 4+ years experience in residential site supervision (volume builder background preferred) 
  • Strong communication skills and ability to motivate trades 
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent time management
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality
