Job Description

The Company:
An established, national commercial fit out contractor who focus on delivering D&C commercial fit out projects for  clients across Australia. Since opening their Perth office, they have grown from strength to strength and are now in a unique position to add a further Site Supervisor/Foreman to the team.

They pride themselves on delivering high quality projects, consistently winning repeat business from existing clients and building strong relationships. 

The Role:
Due to new projects being awarded, they are now interested in bringing on a high quality Foreman / Site Supervisor to work closely with the Project Managers and Site delivery teams, responsible for overall site and materials coordination, overseeing sub contractors, managing trades across one project.

A fast paced environment working on a diverse range of projects typically up to $5m. Initially, you will be responsible for delivering a 12 week $1.1m fitout in the Perth CBD area, starting end of August.

About You:
 
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • Commercial or Residential site supervisory experience (2 years +)
  • Trade background or tertiary qualification
  • Strong organisational skills and excellent time management
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple trades
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
