Job Description

Experienced Site manager needed to join this growing Luxury Home Builder in their Government/Social housing team in the North-west.

Company - My client are a reputable Builder with multiple arms in Construction and are growing at an exponential rate. Delivering projects across the High-end Residential, Multi-Residential, Developments, Social/Government housing and more. You'll be joined by hands on Directors, and an experienced office team as well as other Site managers, Project Managers, Estimators and more. 

An excellent time to jump on board with a growing company. 

As an experienced Site manager you'll bring the following -
  • 5+ years' experience working on Multi-Residential projects as a Site manager
  • Government projects / Social housing experience highly regarded
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Manage up to 12 projects
Projects will be across the North-west region.
