The Company & Role:
A well established and secure Residential/Commercial builder, have partnered with Design & Build to add a Site Supervisor to the team, to manage a portfolio of homes (single storey steel frame builds) and also future lightweight commercial projects including Industrial offices, Schools and Leisure pavilions.
In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations of construction sites to achieve construction deadlines by managing suppliers and contractors, compliance and safety of all workers.

In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day operations of construction sites to achieve construction deadlines by managing suppliers and contractors, compliance and safety of all workers.
- Understand relevant legislation including the Building Code of Australia and Workplace and Safety requirements
- Understand working drawings and site work requirements
- Competent with construction management software and use of an IPAD
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- An eye for quality and detail
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- 3+ years experience as a Site Supervisor on residential or commercial construction projects
- Trade background or tertiary qualification
- Strong organisational skills and excellent time management
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple sites
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
What's in it for you?
- $130k - $150k + Super + Vehicle + Accommodation (Will consider FIFO but would be based on a 3:1 Roster)
