Job Description

Our client is a large volume home builder, looking for a site supervisor located in South Brisbane to utilize and build on their existing site supervisory skills and knowledge! While experience site supervising at any level in volume builds in highly regarded, flexibility is available on experience and working background. Our focus is finding someone with the right attitude and motivation to learn and grow within their role.

Primary responsibilities will include:

Successfully supervise a number of sites and their progress
Manage budgets and timelines successfully for all projects
Program and schedule works
Engage, organize and liaise with subcontractors
Manage OH&S and QA processes
Report to management on project progress

Please only apply for this position if you meet the following criteria:

Trade background or tertiary qualification
A background previously working as a site supervisor
Strong communication skills
Organizational skills and top notch time management
A cool head and the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
Keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality
