Job Description

The Company:

A household name in residential building with a long history and great reputation for building quality family homes across Victoria. Due to increased site starts, they are seeking a motivated site supervisor to join their team based in the Eastern Suburbs working across a variety of greenfields and KDRB jobs.

About You:

You will most likely come from a trade background and be able to demonstrate a proven track record in managing multiple jobs for a residential home builder.

You will also need to have:
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • A positive attitude and proactive approach to problem solving
  • A good relationship with trades where you are firm but fair
  • A desire to achieve results and meet deadlines
  • A focus on Quality and OH&S
  • A passion for the building industry
