Job Description

The Company:

This role is a rare opportunity to join one of the leading steel frame manufacturing companies in Sydney. The company is well organised and offers full-time, permanent career opportunity in a very busy residential construction market.
The projects will be large scale subdivision housing, house/land package homes for project builders and custom design homes. 

Work hours are 730am - 4pm Monday to Friday based in the office full time.

The Role:
  • Reading plans and documentation
  • Structural drafting and architectural drafting for residential housing projects 
  • Production of steel workshop drawings
  • Operation of Raptor software for machine automation programming (will be taught on the job)
  • QA checks
Skills Required:
  • 2+ years’ experience within the domestic housing market
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficiency using AutoCAD software
  • Proficiency using Microsoft applications; Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Proven ability to complete tasks in a fast-paced environment in a professional manner
  • Strong customer service
  • Ability to work full time in the office, Monday to Friday
