Job Description

The Company: 

We are currently working with a globally renowned, multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy, who have extensive experience both in Sydney and internationally producing quality structures across a number of markets including; residential, health, education, institutional, commercial and major public projects. This consultancy is looking for a strong Revit structural drafter for a permanent position on the team. 

As a Structural Drafter, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing Revit models & documentation
  • Providing technical design input on projects, ensuring work quality is maintained at the expected standard
  • Agree, set-up and maintain project Revit documentation standards, including folder systems, template files, libraries, project work space files.
  • Assist with Revit customisation and future development.
  • Assist on multiple projects, reporting to either the Manager
  • Effectively manage your own time and quality of work
To be considered for the position, you will require:
  • 3+ years of experience specifically related to structural drafting in Revit
  • Relevant structural qualifications 
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reinforced concrete and steel experience on any type of project
  • Keen sense of maintaining high standards
  • Active team member, assisting others within the team to meet deadlines and other expectations
  • Able to effectively manage workload even when demands are significant
