Job Description
THE ROLE
- As a Submissions Coordinator you will be responsible for
- Contribute to the creation of submissions, EOIs and capability statements under the direction of Management.
- Ensure brand consistency with all material issued from the Submissions team.
- Develop strong working relationships and communication channels with key staff
- Develop content to be used in the submissions process.
- Proof-read and edit all additions to a submission to ensure spelling and grammar are 100% accurate at all times
- Liaise with contributors to the submission process to ensure all key deliverables are met in a timely manner.
- Upload or deliver submissions on time.
- Proactively continue to improve our systems and processes around delivery of submissions and EOIs by proposing ideas for positive change.
- Provide general BD administrative support to enable submission production as required.
- Update, develop and manage all core templates, standard written information, and all other required content in the Submissions Content Library including but not limited to CV’s, project sheets, sector descriptions, capability statements, fee proposal letters etc. so that the Submission process can be highly time efficient and streamlined in a sustainable manner.
YOU
To be considered for the role of Submissions Coordinator you must have:
- Relevant industry experience within fit-out, Architecture or construction
- Excellent writing, editing and grammar skills and high attention to detail is a must
- Strong communication skills
- Strong organisational and ability to work across multiple submissions
- Strong design experience with Indesign
