Job Description

New opportunity for an experienced professional ideally with experience from Civil or Commercial Construction. This is a FTC for 6-12 months. You will be working as part of the National Bidding team of a well respected Australian company with a global reach.  

You will be part of a team that are supportive, professional and are highly experienced in the industry. This role would suit either a individual with a minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role. Due to recent growth and continued success they can be flexible and accommodating for the right person. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be the key point of contact for Bids/Expressions of interest
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Create, edit and format all content
  • Using a mixture of existing templates and creating new content 
To be considered for the position you will require:
  • Qualification in either communications, journalism or a marketing related discipline 
  • Experience in the preparation, coordination and writing of submissions and complex documents
  • Competent user of Adobe InDesign 
  • Extensive experience within a similar role in Civil Construction or Engineering is a must.
  • Excellent writing, editing and grammar skills
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • High attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, highly driven and results oriented individual
