Job Description

Design and Build are working along side one of Melbourne's leading civil works company.  They have been around since 1999 and specialize in Residential and Industrial sub divisions, Infrastructure and structural works, Medium Density / Retirement Developments and Wetland Developments.

This is an opportunity for an experienced supervisor to manage some great projects in the Northern Suburbs.  This role will involve but not limited to bulk earthworks, drainage, piping and concrete works.

Skills:
  • 2-5 years' experience as a supervisor in sub divisions, earthworks, drainage
  • Be able to work as part of a team but also have their own initiative
  • Display great leadership skills
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Proven ability to deliver projects to an excellent standard in a timely manner, under budget and demonstrate excellent health and safety standards
  • Work closely with the Project Manager
  • Liaise with clients and other stakeholders
  • Local experience is highly regarded
