Job Description

Supervisor / Assessor| Insurance Builder | $75k - $90k + Super + Vehicle 
Our client is an busy national builder who has been operating for over 15 years across all of Australia. They are specialists in the insurance construction sector across both residential and commercial properties. With exciting growth across the company, they are looking for an enthusiastic Carpenter / Foreman to step into a assessing role. 

The Role
The Supervisor / Assessor will be responsible for assessing, estimating and coordinating renovations on small - large residential properties. Full training will be provided 

You will be supported by an experienced management team and an office based Project Coordinator. The Estimator/Supervisor is a completely remote position. 

The business have three positions available across Sydney Metro and Newcastle. 
  
About you (the following skills and experience are desirable):
  • Experience in remedial/renovations/newbuilds 
  • Experience working directly with clients, building consultants, and all construction related trades and suppliers
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Ability to oversee more than one project simultaneously 
  • Strong verbal and written communication;
  • Understanding of relevant Building codes and Australian standards.
  • Good computer skill
