Job Description

Fantastic opportunity for a BIM lead to join a Global consultancy. Reporting into the National BIM Manager, overseeing the delivery of drawings and documentation from schematic design to 3D Revit models on all NSW Projects. 

Responsibilities include;
  • Create, implement and manage BIM, Revit and other drafting platforms. 
  • Produce MEP Revit drawings and documentation
  • Coordinate with Melbourne Revit drafters, National BIM Manager and discipline leads.
  • Assisting and coordinating with the groups internal offshore office (ODC)
  • Monitor progress and deliver presentations and reports for various stakeholders across the wider business. 
To be considered for the role, you must have;
  • 8 years’ industry drafting experience
  • Previous delivery of  MEP Revit drawings and documentation
  • Advanced level of Revit 3D modelling
  • Excellent coordination skills
  • Creating, Implementing and Maintaining BIM and Revit standards and systems
  • Excellent communication written and verbal
  • Australian resident or permanent resident.
