About the Company
Our client is an established, tier 1 contractor within the civil construction field with a variety of upcoming tenders projects across roads, bridges, dams, water & rail.

About the Role
Within this high volume, internal recruitment role, you will lead the recruitment function for NSW and report into the national talent manager. Your duties will include:

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment of positions at all levels across the organisation, taking a proactive approach to identifying, engaging and attracting exceptional talent for the business, predominantly across white-collar technical roles such as;
    • Project Managers
    • Estimators
    • Project Engineers
    • Safety & Enviro Managers
    • Quality Managers
    • Supervisors
    • And more!
  • Significantly contribute to the delivery of key strategic outcomes aimed at enhancing the candidate and hiring officer experience
  • Coaching hiring managers across the recruitment journey
  • Creation of position descriptions and generating employment contracts through PageUp system
  • Working with and maintaining relationships with relative recruitment agencies for hard to fill roles, adhering to budgets across agency spend
About You
For success within this role, my client is looking for;
  • 3-5 years’ recruitment experience, internal experience essential
  • Tertiary qualifications within Human Resourced, Business or other related field
  • Knowledge of ER legislation including Fair work, anti-discrimination & best practice
  • MUST have construction industry experience or similar
  • Good communication skills - Both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry skills
  • Experience using PageUp beneficial
