- Diary management
- Booking international and domestic travel
- Organise/ coordinate events, catering and meetings
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage financial records
- Administration support: prepare correspondence, presentations, formatting business documents, ordering general office supplies etc.
To be considered you will have:
- Substantial Team Assistant / PA experience within Construction
- Strong communication skills
- Intermediate / Advance computer skills - Microsoft Package
- Solid planning and organisational skills
