Our client is a leading Civil Engineering business based in the Sydney CBD.
As a team assistant you support a national team. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Diary management
- Booking international and domestic travel
- Organise/ coordinate events, catering and meetings
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage financial records
- Administration support: prepare correspondence, presentations, formatting business documents, ordering general office supplies etc.
To be considered you will have:
- Substantial Team Assistant / PA experience
- Must have experience working in a Civil Engineering business
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Intermediate / Advance computer skills - Microsoft Package
- Solid planning and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
