Job Description

Our client is a growing Commercial Construction group who operate across both the public and private sectors across NSW. To further build on their recent success, they are currently looking for an experienced Tender Administrator with a creative flair to join their team. 

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, this is a fantastic opportunity to further develop your tender coordination skills and have a direct impact on the growth of the business.

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
  • Assistance with Expressions of Interest and Capability documents
  • Coordinate tender production, submissions and industry awards
  • Management of the Tender library
  • Production of project files and staff CV's for the Tender purposes
  • Program and lodge tender advertisements
  • Produce and distribute minutes
  • Produce internal communication material including information on project wins
  • Produce newsletters
  • General upgrading of marketing material
The successful applicant will demonstrate the following;
  • Previous experience within a similar role within either construction or engineering.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills and experience with In-Design
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels
  • A creative and solutions focused approach
  • A passionate and hard working nature
