Job Description

Our client is a leading commercial builder with over 30 years of experience in NSW delivering major New Build, Refurbishment and Fit-out projects up to $100M.

Operating across commercial, education, & government with a strong pipeline of upcoming work and some major recent wins, they are looking for an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator for a $50M refurbishment project in the CBD.
    
Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Preparation of subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, procurement schedules
  • Progress claim assistance and external variations
  • Review, negotiation and finalization of subcontracts
  • Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim
  • Administration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultants
  • Administration of the project HSE system
Desired experience:
  • Degree qualified in construction management or equivalent
  • Previous experience working for a head contractor is essential
  • At least 3 years of experience in a CA role
  • Proven experience working on commercial projects valued $10M+
  • Knowledge of Sydney construction market and subcontractors
  • Strong attention for detail and proven communication skills
