TIPS AND ADVICE FOR FINDING YOUR NEXT JOB

At Design & Build we have fifteen years of experience in recruitment. It can be challenging to find your perfect job.  We've put together some advice to help you jump through each hoop in the jobseeking process.

STEP 1 - LOOKING FOR A NEW JOB

Looking for a new job is a big decision at Design & Build we deal with candidates who have a host of reasons for looking for new opportunities, some active in the market and other are passively looking for the right opportunity. If you're thinking about leaving your current job, there's some things to consider. Are you leaving for a bigger salary? Or to escape an unhappy workplace. We have made a good impression now is the chance to cement that with follow up with the client, reviewing if the role is right for me, making sure I know when I could start a new role so I can act quickly if I am successful.
