Bethany Keys is a specialist recruiter in the renewable energy sector, with four years’ experience focused on project and commercial development. She began her recruitment career in London, specialising in the European market across renewable project development and commercial PPA functions, where she built a strong network and deep understanding of the development lifecycle.
Now based in Sydney, she partners with developers, independent power producers (IPPs), and private equity funds across Australia to scale project development and commercial teams, alongside the legal professionals who support these functions, underpinning the energy transition.
