Referral Guidelines - Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions:

1. Any candidate or client who refers someone we successfully place in a full-time permanent position will receive a $1,000 Westfield Voucher
2. The voucher will be confirmed via email and sent once the referred candidate has successfully completed their probation period.
3. No voucher will be issued if the referred candidate has been in contact with D&B within the past 30 days or has applied for a role in the last 3 months.
4. Final review and approval sits with our Management team.
