Referral Guidelines - Terms and Conditions

Terms and Conditions:

1. Any candidate or client who refers an individual who is successfully placed by Design & Build in a full-time permanent position will be eligible to receive a $1,000 Westfield or Prezzee voucher.
2. Eligibility will be confirmed by email, and the voucher will be issued once the referred candidate has successfully completed their probationary period.
3. A voucher will not be issued if the referred candidate has been in contact with D&B within the past 30 days or has applied for a role in the last 3 months.
4. Self-referrals are not accepted. Candidates must be referred by another individual to be eligible for consideration under the referral program.
5. All referrals are subject to final review and approval by the Design & Build Management team.
