Over this period, he have held senior roles including Senior Consultant, Group Manager, State Manager, and Director, building deep networks across Engineering—building services (Security, Fire, HVAC & BMS), civil, infrastructure, manufacturing, technical engineering, contracting, mining, and facilities management.

Known for a genuinely consultative approach, James currently leads growth across the infrastructure, engineering, and design sectors in NSW and the ACT.

He has a proven track record of founding and scaling three profitable recruitment businesses spanning multiple sectors and divisions, underpinned by hands-on leadership and a people-first ethos. Their expertise includes designing, delivering, and managing sustainable revenue streams while developing high-performing teams.
