Kelly Harrison is the Director for New South Wales at Design & Build Recruitment and leads our NSW and ACT client portfolio across the built environment.
With over 20 years of recruitment experience in Construction and Engineering, Kelly brings deep market knowledge gained locally and internationally. Earlier in her career, she recruited into major construction projects across the Middle East, supporting organisations to secure highly skilled professionals across a range of disciplines. Since returning to Australia, she has focused on the NSW market, partnering with developers, builders, contractors and consultancies to deliver quality, consistent hiring outcomes.
Kelly specialises in key account management and professional search and selection, with a strong focus on Residential Construction. She is known for her high standards, clear communication and consultative approach, working closely with both clients and candidates to understand requirements, manage process, and ensure strong long-term alignment.
As a people leader, Kelly has played a pivotal role in growing and developing the NSW team, driving continuous improvement in recruitment best practice and upholding the Design & Build brand in market.
