Liv plays a pivotal role in supporting consultant development across Search4’s specialist brands—Design & Build, Public Sector People, and Tech & Data People. With a background in recruitment, leadership and being a ‘people person’ at her core, Liv found her calling when she joined our Development Team.

She now uses her previous experience to deliver training and coaching to teams nationwide, empowering consultants from early career to senior level. Liv is passionate about growth, engagement and building confidence & capability in recruiters focusing on driving both individual and business success.
