Are you an Account Manager who thrives on owning the full client journey — from initial brief through to on-site delivery? We're looking for a passionate and organised professional to join adynamic team and drive the successful execution of exhibition projects for both new and existing clients.
This is a full-time, permanent role with flexibility for hybrid work, offering a competitive salary package between $90,000 and $110,000 + Super.
About the Role
As an Account Manager, you'll be at the centre of our client relationships and project delivery process. You'll manage key accounts, build and maintain strong partnerships, and take accountability for the strategic and operational delivery of exhibitions. This includes everything from quoting and sales through to on-site execution — ensuring every project meets expectations, deadlines, and budget.
You'll collaborate closely with internal teams including Project Coordinators, Designers, and Warehouse to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact.
- Project Oversight: End-to-end ownership of project delivery across multiple accounts.
- Quoting & Sales: Prepare accurate quotes and drive sales opportunities within your portfolio.
- On-Site Execution: Be present on-site for key installations, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
- Process Integrity: Use systems like HubSpot and AroFlo to maintain accurate project records, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver projects to a high standard, on time and within scope.
- As an Account Manager you'll have proven experience in account or project management within exhibitions, events, or a similar industry.
- This Account Manager will have strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- The Account Manager will have excellent organisational and time management abilities.
- This Account Manager will be confident in managing sales pipelines and delivering quotes.
- As Account Manager you'll have the ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with HubSpot and AroFlo highly desirable.
- Willingness to travel for on-site installations and client meetings as required.
