To support their ongoing expansion, the Finance and Administration Manager is now looking for a proactive Accounts & Admin Assistant
to work with them on day-to-day finance tasks and assist with general office operations - no day will be the same!
This is a supporting role and perfect for someone at the start of their career who’s looking to grow in the ever-evolving renewable energy sector.

- A fantastic opportunity to break into the renewable energy industry, working with industry leaders from Tier 1 backgrounds
- Process supplier invoices and manage accounts payable
- Support client invoicing and payment claims
- Reconcile credit card and bank transactions
- Support monthly reporting using tools like JET Reports and Microsoft Business Central
- Assist with expense management
- Help coordinate travel bookings, office supplies, and supplier relationships (cleaners, IT, etc.)
- Identify ways to improve systems and processes where possible
- Experience in bookkeeping, accounts assistance, or finance admin
- Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central and intermediate Excel skills
- Tech-savvy, Detail-oriented, organised, and reliable
- Proactive and comfortable working independently and in a small team
- No formal degree required but qualifications like a Cert IV or Diploma in Accounting are a bonus
