- Timesheet entry
- Assisting with contract setup
- Data entry and filing of invoices
- Issuing purchase order numbers to suppliers
- Cross-departmental admin support as needed
- 2+ years of experience working in a similar role within the Civil construction industry preferred
- candidates from transferable construction industry backgrounds considered
