The Opportunity:
As the Accounts & Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day financial functions of the company. This includes bookkeeping, payroll, invoicing, collections, and financial reporting.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare and process payroll
- Handle invoicing and collections
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations
- Support management with financial insights and analysis
- 4+ years of experience working in a similar role for a residential builder, building supplier, or commercial contractor
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, Accounts Payable & Receivable, and payroll processes
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
