The Opportunity:
- Focus on single storey builds
- Supervise the client liaison, pre-start, and contracts team
- Provide support to admin departments as needed
- Train new team members as required and provide ongoing supervision
- Drive growth and identify new areas for expansion
- Additional cover during staff absences
- Must have at least 2+ years experience working as an Administration Manager for a residential builder
- Candidates with 8+ years of experience in contracts, pre-start processes, client liaison and mentoring will be considered
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate
