Key Responsibilities Outbound Prospecting
- Make 40–60 outbound calls per day to business decision-makers.
- Pitch Choice Energy’s value clearly and confidently.
- Book high-quality appointments using Google Calendar and internal scheduling tools.
- Track activity and performance against set KPIs.
- Identify and qualify potential clients using LinkedIn, Google, CRM data and online tools.
- Assess suitability based on industry, location, size and budget.
- Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline of call-ready leads.
- Ask targeted questions to uncover authority, budget and timeline.
- Confidently handle objections and refine your pitch based on feedback.
Essential
- Minimum 1 year of outbound calling experience(any industry).
- Confident communicator with a KPI-driven mindset.
- Strong objection handling and quick-thinking ability.
- Experience using a CRM – ideally Salesforce.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Coachable, motivated, and hungry for progression.
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment.
- Appointment setting or B2B lead generation experience.
- Experience in energy, telco, logistics, or call centre roles.
- Proven success booking high volumes of appointments.
