They're currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Production ArchiCAD Drafter to join their high-performing drafting team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a collaborative and supportive environment where your technical skills and eye for detail will help bring dream homes to life.

The Role:

Reporting to the company's Drafting Manager, your responsibilities will include

  • Producing working drawings in ArchiCAD 
  • Updating drawings with variations as per client requests whilst ensuring they meet standards
  • Checking documentation to ensure compliance with building/council regulations
  • Production drafting DA/CC 
  • Prepare construction drawings and master plans using templates and ArchiCAD
  • Note and flag any discrepancies or changes from original drafting requests
  • Cross-check plans for compliance and accuracy before submission
  • Coordinate with consultants and update plans to support approvals
  • Prepare supporting documents like Statements of Environmental Effects (SOEE) and check DAs
  • Assist with designing and updating master plans, including schematic layouts and working drawings
About You:
  • ArchiCAD proficiency (essential)
  • Diploma of Design and Drafting or similar 
  • 5+ year's experience working for a residential builder or design firm
  • Knowledge of BCA 
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced role with tight deadlines. 
  • Ability to work full time in the office Monday to Friday.
