A nationally awarded residential builder is seeking an experienced Architectural Draftsperson to join their well-established team based in Osborne Park. With a strong footprint across WA, renowned for delivering high-quality, custom-designed homes that reflect the essence of country living.
Specialising in single and double-storey residential homes, the company also takes on a diverse range of projects including developments and government work. They offer a stable, supportive workplace with a family business feel, while providing real opportunities for long-term career development.
This is a rare opportunity to join a respected, close-knit drafting team in a permanent, full-time role. You’ll report to the Design Manager and contribute to high-end residential designs using ArchiCAD 28.

Key Responsibilities

• Create accurate and compliant planning and working drawings
• Draft sales sketches, contract documents, and final plans using ArchiCAD 28
• Ensure all plans meet NCC, R-Codes, shire policies and developer guidelines
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver designs that meet client and council requirements
• Apply design solutions and carry out amendments based on feasibility, shire feedback and variations

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience drafting single and double-storey homes in WA
• High proficiency in ArchiCAD (v28 preferred)
• Excellent knowledge of WA building codes and design compliance
• Certificate IV or Diploma in Residential Building Drafting
• Strong attention to detail and a positive, team-focused attitude
• Ability to work independently, solve problems and deliver consistent, high-quality results
• Permanent work rights in Australia
