Asphalt Supervisor

The Role: 
I am seeking an experienced Supervisor with a strong background in asphalt operations to oversee crews across a variety of projects in Western Australia, with most work based in the Perth metro area and occasional FIFO requirements. In this role you will be responsible for managing two crews of eight alongside another Supervisor, maintaining client contact, and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. While the role is not machine based, you will be familiar with rollers and screens and able to step in when required. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership role, understands asphalt operations, and is looking to grow into a Senior Supervisor role.

• Minimum 5 years asphalt or transferable experience
• Certificate IV in Civil Construction, S26, Chain of Responsibility
