Play a key role in all aspects of client engagement: identifying issues, forming hypotheses, conducting analysis, synthesising conclusions into recommendations, managing workstreams and projects, and driving internal initiatives.
Responsibilities:
Team Management- Provide direction and oversight across multiple assignments while mentoring analysts and technical specialists. You will foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement, supporting professional growth and maintaining high performance standards.
Engagement Management- Translate client priorities into structured project scopes, define deliverables, and ensure execution is aligned with agreed timelines and budgets.
Business Development- Build and sustain strong relationships with stakeholders, becoming a trusted advisor. You will contribute to expanding the client base by identifying opportunities and supporting tenders.
Experience:
- Over 5 years within the power or electricity sector, developed through advisory, public sector, regulatory, or commercial roles.
- Experience applying quantitative tools and modelling techniques to derive meaningful market or policy insights
- Strong analytical judgement applied to strategic and commercial challenges within evolving energy systems.
- Experience contributing to revenue growth through proposal writing, relationship development, and proactive business generation
