Key responsibilities:
- Support the execution of energy and related commercial transactions, including drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex project and transaction document
- Conduct legal due diligence and assist with transaction structuring, applying sound legal analysis and commercial judgment.
- Manage multiple transactions concurrently, taking ownership of workstreams and ensuring accuracy, quality and timely deliver.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams, clients and counterparties throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Contribute to business development activities by building client relationships, supporting growth initiatives and staying informed on market developments.
- Work collaboratively within teams, demonstrate initiative, and support the development of colleagues through knowledge sharing and mentoring.
- Demonstrate relevant post-qualification transactional legal experience in energy, projects, infrastructure, finance or a comparable practice area.
- Work on a good quality pipeline of projects with a supportive team.
- A focus on quality outcomes and collaboration rather than rigid billing targets.
