An exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Bid Coordinator to join a well-established and highly collaborative business in the construction industry in Sydney.
Responsibilities
- Coordinating end-to-end bid and tender submissions with extensive use of Adobe Indesign to develop visually stunning content
- Supporting meetings to set bid strategy and direction, collaborating with Project Managers on methodology and technical inputs
- Managing timelines, stakeholder inputs, and submission delivery
- Producing high-quality bid documentation using existing templates and content libraries
- Supporting post-tender clarifications and interviews, including presentation preparation
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced bid environment and can bring both structure and creativity to the process.
- Experience in bid coordination within a professional services, construction, or engineering environment
- Strong design and document production skills (InDesign)
- The ability to creat e engaging infographics and visually compelling submissions
- A keen eye for detail and a passion for high-quality presentation
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Collaborative and supportive team, with guidance from experienced bid professionals
- Structured processes with strong internal support
- Preference for office-based work, with flexibility for hybrid working once established in role
- Positive team culture where people genuinely enjoy working together
