We’re on the hunt for a motivated Bid Coordinator or Manager
to join one of our long-standing civil and infrastructure clients. They're a contractor that’s been around for over 50 years and they’re known for delivering high-quality projects across civil, infrastructure, and defence sectors.

- Taking charge of the end-to-end bid process – from planning through to submission.
- Getting involved in tender meetings and keeping everything on track.

- Working closely with different teams to pull together the best possible bids.
- Making sure all submissions meet the high standards our client is known for.
- Experience in bid coordination or bid management – ideally in construction or infrastructure.
- Someone who’s super organised and thrives on meeting deadlines.
- Great communication skills – written and verbal.
- A natural team player who’s confident working across departments.
- Someone who’s proactive and always looking for ways to improve.
