A leading specialist in commercial fitout and refurbishment is seeking a talented Bid Manager to join their growing team. The Role

As Bid Manager, you will take ownership of the end-to-end bid process, ensuring submissions are competitive, compelling, and aligned with client needs. You’ll collaborate with senior leaders, estimators, project teams, and consultants to produce high-quality documentation and presentations that position the business as the partner of choice.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the bid/tender process from initial expression of interest through to submission and presentation.
  • Develop persuasive, client-focused content for RFPs, RFIs, and tenders.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to gather technical, commercial, and project information.
  • Craft clear, concise, and visually engaging proposal documents.
  • Manage timelines, deliverables, compliance requirements, and win strategies.
  • Support client presentations and contribute to the overall business development function.
  • Continuously refine and improve bid templates, processes, and strategies.
About You Essential:
  • Minimum 7 years’ experience in bid management or a similar role within the construction or architecture industry (fitout/refurbishment preferred).
  • Proven track record in winning competitive bids through strong writing, presentation, and strategy.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management and organisational abilities, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative and approachable, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to producing quality work.
