About the Opportunity

With a healthy pipeline of secured work and continued growth, they're looking to appoint an experienced Electrical BIM Lead to lead their BIM function in Sydney.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven and technically capable BIM professional who enjoys leading teams, solving complex coordination challenges and taking ownership of project delivery from a BIM perspective.
You'll oversee a local team of three BIM technicians, supported by a small offshore drafting team, while acting as the technical lead across multiple major projects.
If you're someone who can confidently lead coordination meetings, provide practical solutions on the spot and drive BIM excellence from design through to construction, this role offers the platform to make a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor and manage a Sydney-based BIM team of three, supported by a small offshore drafting team.
- Drive BIM delivery across multiple electrical projects, ensuring models are coordinated, accurate and construction-ready.
- Attend coordination and site meetings, working closely with builders, consultants and subcontractors to resolve clashes and technical issues.
- Develop and implement BIM standards, workflows and best practices to improve project efficiency and consistency.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers and site teams to deliver high-quality BIM outcomes across all project stages.
- Previous experience as an Electrical BIM Lead, Senior BIM Coordinator or similar leadership role.
- Advanced Revit MEP experience with a strong understanding of electrical services coordination.
- Experience delivering large-scale industrial, healthcare, data centre or education projects.
- Strong communication skills with the confidence to lead coordination meetings and represent the business professionally.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with proven leadership and mentoring experience.
- Salary up to $160K + Super.
