This role will see you leading BIM coordination across all building services while driving the full documentation package in Revit from design through to construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead BIM coordination across all disciplines, including services (MEP)
- Manage and oversee clash detection and resolution processes
- Take ownership of the full Revit documentation package for major projects
- Work closely with design consultants, subcontractors, and internal delivery teams
- Implement and manage BIM standards, workflows, and execution plans
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of project documentation
- Proven experience as a BIM Manager or Senior BIM Coordinator on large-scale projects
- Strong Revit capability with hands-on documentation experience
- Demonstrated experience coordinating building services (MEP)
- Experience leading BIM processes across full project lifecycle
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Background in commercial workplace / fit-out projects highly regarded
