We're seeking an experienced Blue Collar
Recruitment Advisor
to join our team and support major projects in the Pilbara.
This initial 3-month contract
is ideal if you're between roles and looking for a great opportunity to gain experience and make an impact on a high-profile project.
You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates across a range of trade positions, alongside an experienced and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles supporting large-scale Pilbara projects.
- Identify, engage, assess, and onboard top talent across multiple disciplines.
- Provide HR and onboarding support.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience from offer to start date.
- Previous experience in blue recruitment or high-Volume recruitment (internal or agency).
- Ideally experienced recruiting for mining, EPC, Construction, energy, or oil & gas roles.
- Strong knowledge of ATS systems and sourcing platforms such as SEEK and LinkedIn.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders simultaneously.
