The Opportunity:
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and resolving queries
- Assist with payroll, superannuation, BAS, tax, and related tasks
- Adhoc administrative and leave cover support where required
- Liaise with external and internal staff and key clients
- Assist with annual budget planning and review
- End-of-month reports, bank and accounts reconciliations, cash flow monitoring and forecasting
- 2+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper within the engineering sector - Relevant experience from other construction industries considered
- Proficient in both Accounts Payable - Receivable and end-to-end Payroll functions
- A proactive and enthusiastic team player with a warm and approachable demeanor
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
- Full-time or Part time, flexible working hours
