Due to growth and some internal movements, they are seeking an experienced Bookkeeper on parttime basis to join the team based in their Eastern Suburbs office. Parttime structure flexible.
This role will be primarily leading the finance function for the business, working closely with the external Management Accountant.
The Role
- Full function AP & AR & payroll
- Expense reconcilliations
- BAS/ GST & lodgement
- Cashflow forecasting & project costings
- General journal & ledger management
- Continuous improvement of payment processes
- Generating financial reports
- Asset management
- Other adhoc requests & duties
- 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, construction background essential
- Basic knowledge of full function accounts
- Knowledge with Xero
- Good attitude and excellent communication
- Renumeration package up to $90k + super pro-rata, depending on experience
- Office based in Eastern Suburbs
