They are currently seeking a BOQ Estimator to join their team. If you are experienced in estimating but looking to work in a more specialist role in product development, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed and precise Bills of Quantities for new housing products, facades, and display homes to support pricing and construction delivery.
- Work with the Estimating Cost Manager to establish pricing for homes, facades, and upgrades, ensuring target profit margins are achieved.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure new housing products and showroom offerings are released on time with accurate documentation and pricing.
- Own and continuously improve Master BOQs, pricebooks, and systems to ensure consistency and accuracy across the business.
- Audit documentation for buildability and accuracy, liaise with internal teams and suppliers, and resolve issues related to estimating, procurement, and display home delivery.
- 2+ years residential estimating experience (ideally BOQ).
- Organisation and time management skills to manage deadlines.
- A positive attitude and collaborative approach to your work.
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism.
- The ability to problem-solve with solid construction knowledge.
