Work for a Victorian based domestic builder who specializes in the design, construction, and delivery of a wide range of medium density town living projects for their partners and associates throughout Melbourne’s inner city and growth corridors for the broader consumer market.
The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Operations Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Residential Building Administration
- Contract Administration – Producing and exchanging HIA contracts and understanding clauses and special conditions
- Pre Site Administration – Forecasting build jobs and managing council & developer applications, liaising with clients on finance
- Building Permit applications, resolving Permit Checklists, achieving monthly site starts
- Construction Administration- Sending claims, responding to client queries, working closely with site managers
- Coordinating handovers which includes obtaining Occupancy Permit and creating handover packs, assisting clients throughout the process of taking over their new home
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Experience in a similar role within residential building
- Exceptional customer service skills and attention to detail
- Organisation and time management skills to manage workflow
- A positive attitude and collaborative approach to your work
