This is a design led role in a high volume environment, focused on creating and evolving new residential home designs across a range of housing projects.
About the Role
You will play a key role in the design and development of residential housing products, including;
- New single and double-storey home designs
- Split-level home designs as part of an evolving product range
- House & land and developer driven projects
- Contribution to the ongoing development of residential design within the team
- Salary between $120K - $150K + Super depending on experience
- Develop and design new residential home products
- Produce architectural drawings using ArchiCAD
- Prepare DA/CDC and construction documentation when required
- Work across multi-lot developments as well as individual housing products
- Ensure designs are practical, compliant, and buildable
- Collaborate closely with internal design and project teams
- Strong background in residential design or building design
- Confident using Archicad
- Experience designing new homes (not just drafting existing plans)
- Exposure to project homes, house & land, or developer-led residential projects
- Understanding of single, double-storey and split-level housing typologies
